Pasture raised TURKEY have the opportunity to eat LOTS OF grass and bugs.  The result is a more
nutritious and flavorful meat.  However, the most important ingredient in pastured TURKEY is what is does not contain.
MY Pastured all natural TURKEY does not contain residual Antibiotics OR Arsenic in the meat.

Research shows that 70% of the antibiotic resistance seen in humans is a direct result of the prophylactic use of Antibiotics by the Commercial Agricultural Industry.

Now, lets think about how the TURKEY are processed....the Commercial Industry soaks the chicken in high levels of Chlorine water.  The meat absorbs the water and Chlorine.  The result is a mushy meat which requires little chewing laced with Chlorine, a known Carcinogen or cancer causer.

FERGUSON FAMILY FARM Inc. TURKEYS ARE FRESH WATER RINSED.

EGGS:
1.  Yoke or the yellow of the egg produced by hens raised on fresh pasture contains high levels of Leutin and vitamin E when compared to eggs produced in confinement.  Leutin has been shown to help prevent a deterioration of the eye sight called macular degeneration.

PORK:
2.  In the fat of pasture raised pork are several powerful cancer preventing nutrients.  Pastured pork contains high levels of Vitamin D and CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid.  These nutrients act to boost our immune system.  Commercially raised pork never feels the warmth of the sunshine on their back and as a result have low levels of Vitamin D.

CHICKEN:

3.  Pasture raised chicken have the opportunity to eat grass and bugs as nature intended.  The result is a more nutritious and flavorful meat.  However, the most important ingredient in pastured chicken is what is does not contain.
Pastured all natural chicken does not contain residual Antibiotics in the meat.
Pastured all natural chicken does not contain Arsenic which is used by the commercial poultry industry as an appetite stimulant.
Research shows that 70% of the antibiotic resistance seen in humans is a direct result of the prophylactic use of Antibiotics by the Commercial Agricultural Industry.
Now, lets think about how the chickens are processed....the Commercial Industry soaks the chicken in high levels of Chlorine water.  The meat absorbs the water and Chlorine.  The result is a mushy meat which requires little chewing laced with Chlorine, a known Carcinogen or cancer causer.

BEEF:
4.  Beef cattle which are 100% grass fed do not produce high levels of bad fat or fat which is artery clogging.  Again, the fat and meat of 100 % grass fed cattle have been shown to be high in the Vitamin D, E, C.
Now lets look at the the Fat.
The fat from Grass fed beef has a healthy ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6.  This ration of good fat to bad fat should be 2 to 1.
However, when cattle are fed corn at any time in their development, the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 is reversed to an unhealthy of ratio of 1 : 2.

On a final note:
Research has showing that any meat raised on fresh pasture will provide 5 times more nutrition to the consumer than meat raised in confinement.

Therefore, it is not too difficult to extrapolate from this little bit of information what devastating consequnces the consumption of commercially raised foods are having on the health of our families.....
